I am curious by nature. Since I was a little girl, I loved to find out what people were going through. I listened and asked questions, ultimately to help them.

Today, I still listen and ask questions, and with my analytical background and experience as senior manager in operations and director in HR, I help business leaders in their personal and business development.

My passion is to work together and find the best approach to face the challenge ahead. This can be via executive coaching, by designing and facilitating team sessions or tailor made development programs.
